Jon Knox Cody Vinyl 3-Way Pre-Order

That was quick! It seems like only last week I was posting up the prototype for Jon Knox‘s new vinyl figure, Cody, produced by France’s ExtendedPlayz. Cody is now available for pre-order at Trampt‘s New York Comic-Con booth #981 and through the BonusToyz & ExtendedPlayz online pop-up shop.

Speaking of “bonus toys,” for the next three days (until Monday morning, October 17th), ExtendedPlayz is offering free worldwide shipping (and trust me, shipping from France is a major expenditure) and $10 off retail on Cody pre-orders.

Another bonus: you can really get a sense of those magnetic interchangeable eyes mentioned in the previous Cody post in the photo above. If that’s not “playability,” I don’t know what is. The concept of magnetic swappable accessories in an art/character toy is one of the most innovative moves I’ve seen from the vinyl scene in a while. Glasses? Tattoos? Striped shirts? Short pants? Freckles? Check check check check check. My only indecision is which color to buy…

The 9-inch figure (in three colorways) is currently available for pre-order for $85 (including shipping) here. Jon Knox’s vinyl Cody is expected to ship out at the end of November. Awesome all around.
