Massive Mummy Boy Mascot Collection

When people who wear suits and sit around in conference rooms talk about “brand devotion,” they should take a look at this picture. Tara is a local collector who has compiled a massive Mummy Boy (and Gator) collection. Mummy Boy is the mascot of San Francisco’s Super7. The company’s owner, Brian Flynn, re-tweeted this picture of Tara’s triumphant toy tier on Friday.

It takes dedication to put together a collection like this. Tara’s collection contains one-offs, customs, Secret Society figures, unpainted versions and unreleased colorways. In toy parlance, when someone has every single iteration of a figure, we call that person a “completist”. Perhaps it’s the toy version of OCD, but the result is really spectacular.
