Camilla D’Errico Vinyl Toy: Kuro from Tampopo

Inner Sanctum just revealed Camilla d’Errico’s first ever vinyl figure, Kuro. The character, who comes from Camilla’s Tanpopo books, can be found in all kinds of 3D forms as small as glass pendants and keychains or as big as giant plushes. When I spoke to Camilla at Wondercon, she was very excited about the upcoming 6-inch vinyl. She has some cool ideas planned for Kuro’s release, and I promised not to repeat them with my big blogger mouth (sorry, guys).

Kuro was sculpted by Daniel Ritthanondh. His site says Kuro will be in stores this summer, and Vinyl Pulse says Camilla will officially unveil Kuro at New York Comic Con (October 8th-10th) at the “Art to Merchandise: How to Make More With Your Art Panel”. I’m looking forward to this one.
