Yosiell Lorenzo Sicklings: Curious First Figures

Yosiell Lorenzo Sicklings

I’m stoked to announce that Yosiell Lorenzo will be releasing the premiere resin figure in his Sicklings series. Legs akimbo, The Curious Sickling straddles that fence between creepy and cute. Aren’t they kinda sweet? And yet, they sure do seem like something that should be kept under strict quarantine…

What happened here… the narrator wonders out loud, trailing off as something catches his eye before he can mount the proper inflection. Curious, isn’t it?

Yosiell is bringing an edition of five Curious Sicklings to DesignerCon. Each resin figure has a seated height of 4.5 inches and has been hand-treated and hand-painted by Yosiell. Sicklings come in boxes with an insert that tells their story:

Sicklings are small fleshy creatures who constantly have the sniffles and will use your t-shirt as a tissue. The Curious Sickling is always out and about looking for adventures and any other troubles it can find.  On lazy days, it enjoys eating snails and drinking fresh dew tea.  If you are among the lucky few to catch one, they are the most loyal friends to have. All they ask in return is for index finger belly rubs.

The Curious Sicklings are priced at $50 each. Go meet Yosiell at the Toypinionated booth #412 and take home a Sickling!
