Toys by Design: Sergey Safonov

Back in March, Kristin Lamprecht, managing editor of Design Bureau approached me about doing a column on toy art for the premiere issue of the magazine. This piece on my talented friend, Sergey Safonov, is the result.

The print magazine is really well-done, and I even appear (hugging a Yayoi Kusama pumpkin on Naoshima Island) on the Contributors page. Look out for my second Toys By Design column hitting newsstands in late October. Print’s not dead!
