Handmade Typography Transformations by Tien-Min Liao
This design project by Tien-Min Liao combines typography, experimentation, animated gifs and the ‘artist’s hand’ into one awesome alphabet.

Handmade Type explores the relationships (and transformation) between upper-case and lower-case letters. The artist drew shapes with ink on her hands and used gestures to create capital letters. She achieves the transformation to lowercase solely through manipulation, gesture and perspective; there is no erasing or redrawing the original shapes. WOW.
