Every year, Easter is a huge chocolate battle, if not even a perverse chocolate orgy. The average European household consumes more than 1kg chocolate every Easter. So what about investing in high quality chocolate, maybe from your closest chocolatier, rather than spending a lot of money on cheap poor quality chocolate that makes you cry afterwards about your new grown fat pads?

FYI, according to the Department of Commerce, in 2010, we Americans consumed 3.616 billion lbs of sweet, delicious chocolate.
