Awesome Porcelain Sculpture by Parra and Case Studyo

If cost is not an obstacle in your collecting, and you’ve already got Parra x Kidrobot’s vinyl Pierced figure on lockdown, maybe it’s time you stepped it up to porcelain?

Case Studyo is a newly launched offshoot of Belgium-based creative agency, Toykyo [tagged]. Case Studyo is a collaborative initiative dedicated to making limited and open edition objects and artworks “with a striking visual language”. Case Studyo’s Facebook page says: “Toykyo will continue to pursue it’s mission as a creative agency and a fun factory for graphic and product design and installations.” I interviewed Toykyo in 2010.

Case Studyo’s debut project is a collaboration with Dutch artist Parra for a limited edition porcelain sculpture entitled Jean Pierre Le Douche. The polka dotted porcelain measures an impressive 18 in (H) by 22 in (L) by 9 in (W) or 45cm(H) by 55cm(L) by 22cm(W), has gold-colored eyes and comes in a silkscreened wooden box. For more info and/or to reserve the Jean Pierre Le Douche sculpture by Parra, email contact [at] casestudyo [dot] com.
